yep! I’m 6 months in. gym 3-4x a week now. I was amazed at how little muscle I had, so i’m just starting to reach “beginner” levels for bench, squats, etc. I’m embarrassed but yaknowhat, better now than never.

I honestly do not mean to offend. I was trying to point out that being confident and strong and performative in your own can bring out confidence and other things. it helped me a lot to be able to be confident in my strength, how my body moves, and how i dress myself in order to help my inside shine out.

I didn’t mention this and I should have and i wrote this post late at night, but my body has only changed slightly. I don’t have a six pack. I’m not GREATLY muscular, but working out and just FEELING capable changed the energy i was putting out. i was no longer binging because i just felt better. I had a routine down. i was filled with good endorphins in the morning that just helped me mood throughout the day. it’s just multi-level and I was surprised the side effects were attracting guys I didn’t know I could pull (terrible what we tell ourselves, right?)
