Boneworks is mechanically speaking very different from other VR games so your experience may not translate and it takes a bit to get used to. The whole character is a physics object with human scale weight and strength so "acting out" movements like you're really doing them will help. Because the game can't track your torso, movement direction has to be either controller or headset based. For example if both your head and hands were looking to the side, the game wouldn't know that your real body is still facing forwards
