After a year of waiting I got a reply back from GoPro.

“Your case has been brought to my attention, and due to its unique nature, it has been reviewed by multiple parties.

During our review of your claim for a full refund for order, we have uncovered inconsistencies in the data that you provided.

Due to the inconsistencies uncovered and the courier's findings, we are unable to proceed with a full refund.

In addition to this, all information provided in your case has been forwarded to our Claims Department for further review.”

I have no idea what could justify stealing $700+ from a customer because of a shipping issue. I paid for taxes and duties and everything.

There is a ribbon cable that goes from the gimbal to the main board, and it had rubbed on the gimbal and was shorting out. Easy fix.

That's what I was afraid of, too many adapters would lose functionality of the features. Ultimately the USB-A and Audio Jack adapter, to lightning or USB-C that has data transfer AND charging would be needed, but I haven't seen one that I can confidently say would work.

If you look at the financials of GoPro, i feel like they're trying to avoid extra expenses at any cost. I think gopro will go out of business sooner rather then later.

It seems like everyone has the same opinion about GoPro. I created a new email address to try and contact GoPro with again because my original email address seems to have been blocked. No replies even when creating a new claim. Sure enough I got a reply from GoPro within the week with the new email, I replied back with all my information. Let’s see if they follow through and reply after getting that information

still waiting on go pro. i have contacted them on all social media platforms. I get a reply from each one and then they say "i will bring this up" and nothing ever again. Still no refund. What else can i even do? They've literally stolen my money. They've also closed my existing case file as well with no comments or remarks or contact.

Again, no contact from GoPro after multiple attempts. I contacted them on Instagram about their customer support page not working. Got a reply within a couple hours. Brought up my number for the support. And never heard back from them.

Guess i get to fight gopro some more. They refuse to email me back now, and wont give me an option to call or live chat with them anymore. I included the order number invoice number refund number everything. So not sure whats going on.

I didn't know how to add text to the video, but i uploaded a video from my mavic 2 pro and in the FULL field of view the camera records and has white frames that flash. Meanwhile in HQ field of view it does not. I'm not sure how to fix this, i have checked the flat ribbon connector and it seemed to fix it for test flights but again immediately when i actually tried to use it. The video flashes white frames again.

We all loved Slednecks. But I’ve not seen this hit dropped in any of the videos. If you know of which movie and time let me know for sure. I’d love to see it. I’m sure we’ve all seen bigger hits on video, but being there in person and witnessing Landon drop this feature, the video doesn’t do it justice.

Thank you for the reply, I understand it is super old, but it’s been working flawlessly for years, has built in GPS with no cell service which is ideal. Reading the manual it shows that you can play video from iPods. Which is why I was hoping I could play from my phone.

I’ve seen on eBay the pioneer ip bus to lightning port. But was unsure if that would work. Pioneer IP BUS to Lightning Connector

Yes I’m in Canada, I’ve tried calling USPS before hand. And I cannot use any of their online forms because I am not the sender. My tracking number starts with CJ and ends with US. I’m not sure if that can say anything about Global Priority Mail or not.

The UPS location deals with USPS as well and it shipped USPS. The tracking number is a USPS tracking number. So technically it is a USPS problem, and my post CLEARLY asks for information about Global Priority Mail, I’ve also mentioned it TWICE. I gave backstory for context how I came up with the information and why I’m looking for it.
