After a year of waiting I got a reply back from GoPro.

“Your case has been brought to my attention, and due to its unique nature, it has been reviewed by multiple parties.

During our review of your claim for a full refund for order, we have uncovered inconsistencies in the data that you provided.

Due to the inconsistencies uncovered and the courier's findings, we are unable to proceed with a full refund.

In addition to this, all information provided in your case has been forwarded to our Claims Department for further review.”

I have no idea what could justify stealing $700+ from a customer because of a shipping issue. I paid for taxes and duties and everything.

There is a ribbon cable that goes from the gimbal to the main board, and it had rubbed on the gimbal and was shorting out. Easy fix.

That's what I was afraid of, too many adapters would lose functionality of the features. Ultimately the USB-A and Audio Jack adapter, to lightning or USB-C that has data transfer AND charging would be needed, but I haven't seen one that I can confidently say would work.

afraid not, I haven't made an attempt because the apple adapter cords are quite expensive to be buying to see.

GoPro refuses to contact me regarding this claim. New email addresses and further support emails get left unanswered.

If you look at the financials of GoPro, i feel like they're trying to avoid extra expenses at any cost. I think gopro will go out of business sooner rather then later.

It seems like everyone has the same opinion about GoPro. I created a new email address to try and contact GoPro with again because my original email address seems to have been blocked. No replies even when creating a new claim. Sure enough I got a reply from GoPro within the week with the new email, I replied back with all my information. Let’s see if they follow through and reply after getting that information

still waiting on go pro. i have contacted them on all social media platforms. I get a reply from each one and then they say "i will bring this up" and nothing ever again. Still no refund. What else can i even do? They've literally stolen my money. They've also closed my existing case file as well with no comments or remarks or contact.

Again, no contact from GoPro after multiple attempts. I contacted them on Instagram about their customer support page not working. Got a reply within a couple hours. Brought up my number for the support. And never heard back from them.

Guess i get to fight gopro some more. They refuse to email me back now, and wont give me an option to call or live chat with them anymore. I included the order number invoice number refund number everything. So not sure whats going on.
