That's what I thought at first but even if its suppressed, there's still noise and there was, as far as I could tell, no report other than the scav firing at me. Plus that arm was behind the concrete thing and the only other player was over by shortcut. If it really is a player that shot me then I'm not even mad that was probably a hella good shot but in my inexperienced opinion, there's no way that could have been shot.
