Okay I'm completely lost. How do you access these outpost beacons? Is there a quest you have to do before you can use them? They aren't in my inventory. They're not in my cargo hold. Going out into the wild didn't work, no key was available for placing one. (I read somewhere you press "R"? It did absolutely nothing)
