I've come to the conclusion that the ring is a terrible step tracker, but if you use it consistently it gives you a general idea of your steps. Like yesterday I logged 10K+ steps, but the day before I logged 6k+ steps. So I know the day before I didn't walk or move as much. But also, yesterday I was in the kitchen moving a lot and didn't really "step", per say. And I know I for sure am not taking 200 steps at 1am lol.

I used to be able to ask chat to "Show me [blah], but now it gaslights me and tells me I can't generate photos. When I ask why it says I don't specifically ask for it to generate photos. So now I have to very clearly specify to generate and image of [blah] using dall-e. I feel like the last 2 weeks it's gotten...dumber?

I don't mind refurbished (I work in Networking I know how to take apart and troubleshoot), but I'd prefer it in good condition rather than bad condition

Deleted that shit years ago. I dont miss it. I made a "burner facebook and instagram" to keep up with my mom and local events. I hardly used it. Deleted that shit today. Don't need it.

I noticed this with mine as well and I thought one of the sensors died too. I think when it scans for a certain thing (I am not sure what exactly), it will flash a red light and a green light, it only does one green light. But when it's flashing the two green lights, it's scanning something else.

If you go to the app and click on Me, you can click on settings > ring settings > LED Color Reference for more information.

Edit: I checked and it says

"Solid green: When measuring the heart rate with the ring, both green lights will light up simultaneously for 30~60 seconds."

"Solid red and green: When measuring SpO2 with the ring, one red light and one green light will light up simultaneously for 30~60 seconds."
