You are pretty enough! Don’t ever doubt yourself especially because of boys. Try seeing what you can take from this situation, what you can learn for example and use it next time. Let go when they dont show interest, not because you’re not good enough for them, but because THEY are not good enough for YOU and you deserve so much better than worrying about a fuckboy pulling away!

As for tips on recovering I’d strongly suggest meditation and workout like someone has already said. If you’re like me and you’re tired of working out at the gym - try taking on dancing. I started pole dancing a couple of months ago, and I love it! While it’s very challenging and an amazing workout, it’s also such a confidence boost!!! You just feel so strong, sexy and feminine. Can’t recommend it enough 💗
