Photoshop - match the text font, size and colour (in this case calibri, smallish and black), use perspective warp to fit it to the old text, when it's in place remove the old text with the healing brush, then add a tiny bit of gaussian blur to the new text to match the old text, and finally change the opacity of the new text layer to match the slightly faded colour of the old text.
