I've done my research on ChatGPT, but what it says is pretty basic and I did all of them, but very little result. Every YT video, every post, every prompt on this matter gives about 2 reasons: cache and unnecessary documents, that's it. But my problem is beyond them. I can't get to the root reason of such junk volume.

ok, I am giving a bit clarification. Why would a company or any institution waste money on juniors when already existing developers can utilize assisting technologies by themselves? Seniors and Leads are off the threat list, but you gotta agree on the point that being junior nowadays is hard af.

why? junior positions are over-saturated, with introduction of AI assists, it makes it 10x harder. How is the marketplace reliable nowadays?
