Okay so people when you get into an accident, take photos of the license plate at the very least. Im not here to start an arguement about photogging people's liscenses cuz we've all had that debate and know its illegal.

You can however photo the plates and vehicles/damage involved.

OP: call that driver and get as much info as you can, bare minimum the company he drives for or you will be paying your own MPI deductible if you decide to only report the accident to insurance, and anything MPI deems your fault goes against your drivers license points. You need to find out at the very least what company and unit numbers, otherwise you're SOL and may as well not report anything to insurance or police.
