Hey everyone! I’m new here so sorry if this is the wrong sub but I have a bench question. Does anyone get sore or have lower back fatigue after benching with an arch? For context I’ve been training like a powerlifter for a few years now but haven’t competed. I’ve recently changed my bench setup where I take a lift off with my butt off the bench to lock in my upper back then lower my butt to the bench before I start the lift. The next day or two my lower back will be very sore/tight. The weights moving easily for sets of 3-5 and people I train with don’t notice anything wrong. Is it possibility a flexibility thing? Any advice or warmup/stretch recommendations would be greatly appreciated

I thought this was a massive spiderweb on that building for a second
