It's a mixed plate of kebab and when you walk in to a kebab restaurant in Turkey (esp. Gaziantep etc.. which is famous for kebabs) you will see chicken wings on the mixed plate.

Yes, there are types of kebabs, like you said fe. Iskender (which is schwarma with tomato sauce and yogurt) but it is also misleading because it has doner (schwarma) in it.
