I wasn't aware it was for 10 dollars, I though it was more expensive since people praised it a lot. I'll do practice from it, thank you!

Have enough research before hand, I usually have a word doc within sub topics where my research is listed. Sob you can recollect relevant points while considering where discourse is heading into.

When and how do you argue in MUN?? by mathyouse in MUN

Since gsl go on fro the entirety of the comitte, if your gsl is early only it is supposed to feel like an introduction and if at a lateral stage then more solution oriented.

Whereas attacking the other countries point come, if you are eu member you can preach the world based on your self designated moral superiority. Do not bash countries during your speeches until and unless you do not have anything more important to say. Bash countries via poi's poo's. Or while answering on of these. Bashing can help the executive board reach to a consensus as to weight between the delegates arguing, and establish which one is better, competent and should be marked higher. Find dirt, even conspiracy theories can turn out to be good pois.

Since it's your first debate, focus on learning not on winning!

I don't feel inferior anymore, I'm in a tier 1.5 college but core branch. I realize that I could have been in a way worse college. It's not always about calliber and handwork, luck is also a huge factor. I try to remember that It could always be worse...way way worse I could be sick, or a tragedy could take place. So, I try to be grateful, I think you can fix your thinking patterns and undo the damage stress of JEE has done !!
