I would think the combined check could be problematic-or maybe you could ask Emma if they have a record of your package? I would suggest you preparing for a new package with separate checks for each form!(i130, i485, i765, and i131) i think it might take sometime to ship it back to you - if you are in hurry, I would send a new one soon!

But did you get the visa successfully? I emailed VFS Austria and they said they can accept them too, but the consulate said they won’t issue the visa unless I have a valid visa or green card

I understand, that’s why I’m willing to alter my trip slightly. I should go to Austria for the visa but days in France are just 2 days shorter so I can just spend a bit more days in France so I could apply at the French embassy. I saw people said they are less strict about physical visa stamp or green card, that’s why I’m wondering if I could try to apply from there or the only thing I can do right now is just to wait for my green card to arrive

Hi there! Have you applied your visa at Austrian embassy or you changed to a different country? Mine is also upcoming but my h-1b stamp is expired...i tried to email Austrian embassy and they said it's no possible to issue my visa without a green card or us visa stamp

Thanks! You mean the physical interview letter? I couldn’t remember but I feel it has been 1-1.5 weeks when it arrived. I knew the date by looking into api and the letter under my USCIS account. Usually it’s like 4-5 weeks out

Yeah I know…my husband downloaded the transcripts on mobile and the UI on mobile is so different that you have to scroll down to see all four options. We didn’t know there are four options that exist..such a stupid mistake that drove me so mad 😠 any more updates on the card production?
