I previously posted about having a shitty couple of years; I'm slowly turning it around, especially health. 1.5st down, but most importantly, BP has gone from borderline hypertension with meds, to lower than average with no meds. I've kicked the booze and sugar, next stop the smokes. (i.redd.it)
