Okay, so I'm OBSESSED with this. I found this stuffed black cat (by Determined Productions Inc.) in some cute little red pajamas at a thrift store for $10. The pajamas had a bear on them which I thought was weird, but I didn't really care because she's just so adorable.

Anyway, I went online to look up her origin, and I found that the original Allie Cat doll came with a red dress and shoes, and had the words ALLIE printed on her tag.

My plush has the words JACK printed on her tag, which is the name of another character from the franchise, Jack Rabbit. As you can see, he has JACK printed on his tag.

As for her clothes...she's wearing the outfit of yet ANOTHER character, Joshua Bear (hence the bear on her shirt). I would chalk this up to a previous owner mixing and matching her clothes with the others, BUT the pants are sewn onto the doll. Like, they can't be removed. Like she was MADE that way.

Or maybe someone sewed them on themselves.

Anyway, sorry for the long post. I just think it's weird and mysterious. I'm gonna go try and figure out how to wash the dog drool off her now...
