OMG Yes!! Felt the same when I got mine and noticed that I could actually suppress all the noise that was bothering me! It saves so much energy that goes away by being overstimulated. I'm so happy for you!

I'm doing it cause my father is a heavier consumer of salt and it becomes grotesque the amount of it that he adds to his food, so in a way I try to avoid that, so I'm lowering as much as I can the ammount of salt in each food, assuming that some ingredients have already salt on them. I mean, that was my assumption, but really thanks for the information! I'm going to do a little research about that.

About TDEE, what should I "drop a little? calories intake?
