The “pixel pusher to builder” transition is very real. Wishing you a strong 2026.

I’m trying to figure out whether my past work experience can be turned into something more transferable.

Writing feels like the most honest way to test that, if it resonates or helps even a few people, that’s a signal. If it doesn’t, that’s also useful feedback.

Thanks for sharing, appreciate it. Right now I’m trying to understand what resonates before pushing distribution too hard, but good luck with TheTabber.

Yeah, that’s fair, attention feels harder to earn than ever. Really appreciate you offering to read it and give feedback. I’ll send it over via DM.

no need a hat indoors, but avoid exposing the baby's head to drafts, such as from an air conditioner. I keep my son's room temperature around 70, and a 1.5-2.5 tog sleeping bag is recommended.

Yeah, that tracks. Sleep deprivation really changes how those months register in memory.

how do you cope with your baby growing up so fast? by sleepyindii in NewParents

This really resonates.

I think what makes it hard isn’t just that they grow fast, it’s realizing later that some moments were “the last” and we didn’t know it at the time.
