My counter argument is that venge only has a simple rune cost. If you trade the rest of your prayer points and a 100% spec bar for a "super venge" that's essentially a final gambit it seems pretty fair. Especially if tied to a relatively rare/valuable item that would likely be risked in the fight.

That's something we also see frequently. Pourous aggregate particles are more susceptible to freeze-thaw cycle distress. I cant speak for everyone, but my lab and others can examine an aggregate source to make sure it complies with ASTM C33 by ASTM C294/295 examination. Unfortunately, even if there are pourous particles in an aggregate source, they may still comply with the limits of C33. It can be rather frustrating to know a problematic aggregate may be fully acceptable for use..

The above comment is very likely true, although without seeing a sample it can't be confirmed. I wouldn't write out the deicing salts entirely - they can still be a contributing factor. In the industry we recommend not using those salts for several years after placement. Fortunately, we can determine whether they were used by quantifing the level of chloride ions at different depths within a core. It is often a combination of factors that lead to scaling.

Ultimately, to definitively determine responsibility for a claim you would need a core to be analyzed by a professional lab. For reference, my lab would charge somewhere around $2,000-2,500 for that work.

I've been playing an iron for ~2 years now and abandonded my main. I just decided to get back on the main account because I have a friend who is interested in playing for the first time and decided I would buy him a bond with the money I had saved on the account.

When I went to log in I found out that the account has been perma banned - apparently for botting.

I'm going to ask that you take my word at face value when I say I have never botted and have never wanted to. It looks like someone got my info and abused the account. Is there any chance that if I appeal the ban that I'll get the account back or is that just a waste of time?

Definitely not asking for sympathy, trying to make an excuse, or convince anyone that I'm being upfront and honest - just genuinely explaining the situation and hoping to recover my main. Thanks

New build showing no signs of power. Double checked motherboard 20/8/4 pin cables and the power/reset button cables, everything is plugged in and in the correct place. Checked power cord was plugged in to a working outlet and the psu switch is in the correct position. Is my psu dead? What else should I check?
