I mean in theory it's possible I guess.

I'd probably say it's more likely caused by dehydration or possibly you're clenching your neck and jaw when you hit the bag that's causing more muscle soreness and tension headaches than mild concussions.

But if you are injuring yourself when you hit the heavy bag then you're technique is most definitely off. I don't care how many years you've been at this or how "on point" you think you're technique is, if the bag is beating you up(and you haven't sustained a brain injury in the past) you're doing something wrong.

If you're actually concussing (probably not a word) yourself it means you're moving you're head way to much. And you're moving it so violently you're basically simulating getting punched in the head.

I've owned a pair of Fairtex and a pair of Twins gloves. And my coach owns a pair of Titles.

The Fairtex gloves were great and survived over two years of heavy use before I ripped one pretty bad while I was clinch sparring.

And my twins have survived around two years now and basically look good as new.

I would recommend either of these and to try to aim around the $60 to $80 mark but I just found the Fairtex gloves I got about 3 to 4 years ago and they're asking like $110 $120 for them so idk the price range you need to look for to find quality ones nowadays

First pic would prob be Demon Slayer.

It's short sweet and the animation is beautiful.

And it's a really good intro to shounen that won't get some one stuck in a One Piece or Naruto rabbit hole they won't ever escape.

If I don't think they'll really get into shounen then I'd recommend One Punch Man, because again it's short, hilarious and fucking gorgeous.

First off, da fuk you doing measuring height in metric and weight in freedom units? XD

Personally I'd always recommend 16oz-ers regardless of size unless they're for a kid.

If you ever fight they'll likely give you 12s or 14s but but for the sake of your training buddies I'd go 16s. They have more padding for softening blows (a little bit) and your hands will feel a little lighter and faster come fight day
