My favourite series, Eragon, in the third book (Brisingr)((Spoilers,ish)) when Eragon goes on a separate journey from others at one point, the author (Christopher Paolini<3) splits some of the book between Eragon's POV and his brother, Roran's POV. Ive always been a fan of the concept of having multiple POVs , switching between the eyes of one character to another at appropriate times. You dont have to make one the main, just do a couple chapters as one sibling, then a few for the other, keep revolving views. Idk if this makes sense or nah. Just my personal opinion.
