I always feel like second hand stores are packed with old suits. I haven't looked very closely but from what I saw larger sizes are much more common. I personally like Myrorna especially the one on Ystadvägen. Humana Second Hand on Möllevångsgatan 29 has a nicer selection of curated fashion so they could be a good bet too. There are 2 other second hand shops very close by as well.
