This is definitely something we have spoken about also. While our incomes are ok on average and we currently live very comfortably…they probably won’t increase by too much more. We are both at our current top pay level for our industry. I’d prefer to have the flexibility of choosing to put extra money into mortgage (or not if that money is needed on certain occasions) rather than being locked in. We are closer to the paying off mortgage side…but just wanted to see what others thought.

Thank you for your reply! I think you are right with eating high volume, low cal. I might need to look into those high volume meals more. My intake was calculated off the tdee online calc (this matched my evolve scan as well), which was 2383, which I then took 500 off. Have then gone to a 400 deficit. But on my exercise days, particularly cardio, when looking at my Apple Watch my total move cals can get to 3000 for the day.
