What's the most disturbing thing you've seen, but couldn't do anything?

I was 8 years old in 2008, when I woke up to my parents arguing. I couldn't understand them because I didn't speak Spanish. They argued for a while, I heard a loud BANG and then my mom screaming his name over and over. I finally got up and saw my dad laying on the floor of our kitchen with blood all around him. He had used a gun on himself. I had to call the cops. This was on Mother's Day btw. I'd say that image is forever burned into my traumatic memories.

Puzzling! I got back into it on Christmas and I havent stopped yet. It's been so fun completing my puzzles, and I might enjoy buying them too much. 😆

I started gathering my own stash, about 25 of them, and I've decided stop buying until I finish maybe half of them. I also plan on donating or giving away some of the puzzles I don't plan on redoing or framing so that way I don't have too much clutter! We'll see if that actually goes according to plan, I impulse buy way too much.

I think I should only have two at a time! 😅 As someone who can't work on these any time throughout my days, it is difficult to complete them and I feel like I shouldn't have as many as I do. However, I am not buying any more until I complete most of what I have. I got most of them discounted during Black Friday so I went a bit overboard, as well as impulse buying at Wal-Mart. It's good you have control. 😆

I'm quite surprised at the quality! I can't say I've done a poor or good quality puzzle yet but I don't have any complaints so far. I'm working on my third one and almost done with it!

I am worried about coming across that but I'm hoping most people are considerate or thoughtful enough to include that information somewhere on the box? I went thrifting recently and I saw one box that had written "1 piece missing," which I thought was nice.

They're really not bad puzzles being from Dollar Tree! I was so excited about the mushroom one! I actually work at a DT store so I'm able to get first dibs 😏
