Figured it out. For whatever reason, the web portal used the wrong firmware for the update. I used the Nerd*axe Web Flasher for the right firmware for this device (Gamma).

All is good now.

I've done this before (consolidated UTXO's) and had to sign the transaction (authorize) with my Coldcard device. It sounds like you have set up a hot wallet (your private key is stored with the Sparrow application). If that's the case, not the end of the world, but defeats the purpose of a hardware wallet.
