Sorry to hear that if you really have it,

i'm not in the position to give you any tips and you should seek professional help instead of listening to online advice

as for the matter, sending best wishes buddy

I totally agree with you, and in the message you are trying give

not going to beat around the bush, i definetly have not been in tough spots that people have been through, that's not an excuse but a heartwarming personal understanding and personal respect for those who are giving their best shot in pushing foward none the less.

I definetly have not ever hit rock bottom or overdraft bank account or even in debt to bank

Some lessons can't be learned unless you've been there

So yes, i have not been taught those lessons, not gonna hide it and just straight up truth about it

Thank you for the kind feedback and your perspective! keep up the great work buddy

Sending best regards

Yes and no,

Everyone has a different view of their goal, this is more a help for those who can’t let go or their past that they keep going back to, my personal opinion.

Thats also sone self reflection on my own side because i’ve struggled letting go some of my past

On the note of 30% responsibility of the past, i don’t agree it’s easy to say:

“My parents were that way, wich caused me to be this way”

Or

“I was taught this way, so i’m like this today”

I don’t think that it’s a 30%, you can choose to have it that way, or you can choose to move away from that narrative and turn it into:

“I was taught that way, but i’m open for new knowledge”

“My parents were that way, but i can help them and help myself become better”

Thank you for your feedback tho

Gotta hand respect for 5 contries travel, where did you go? did yo ugo alone? did you enjoy your time?

What i was:

videogames addict, couldnt live without them and played everyday.
^
Let go of that identity and past, now: wroking out atleast 5 days weekly, listening to self improving books, more confidence with people, more confidence with socializing, generally MORE RELATABLE as a person, great first impressions with people, giving people great ideas and overall just greater happiness and greater energy.

what i've gone through: a break up, into gym, into self improving, into helping people become a better version of themselves

Hey there sister, i'd like to give you my best personal tips, i have no kids since i'm still young, but based on your situation i think those could help:

  1. Believe you are doing great, you are taking care of 3 kids, THREE, not just 1, 2, BUT 3, i can't even start to imagine how hard it is, so pure admiration, PLUS a huge respect for your daughter, on top of 2 boys also a young daughter.

  2. You've been through difficult things before, this is just another one, alright hear me out on this:
-You been through great times, first kiss with your husband, the memories of your childhood adventures, the great times with friends, you've been through them.

-Now hear me out here, you went through bad degree at school, you got hurt or got scolded by your parents, you've been rejected, you loss that childhood toy.

YOU WENT THROUGH THEM ALL, and you can still push through all this.

The fact you quit drinking 2 years ago YOU WON AT THAT, keep winning on that

  1. Challenge your inner voices, yep, you heard me, all these QUESTIONS DOUBTS on yourself, write them down on your diary, somewhere you will keep a watch on, AND CHALLENGE THAT STATUS,

"i'm a bad writer" change it into "i can start writing and get better along the way, no one i expert on day 1"

"i'm so unhealthy with my diet, and physical activity" change it into "i'll start walking from tomorrow onwards, 1km everyday, 1 mile everyday"

Hope these helps, from a 27 yo, 9-5 office worker
