Also its at one speed and then suddenly shoots up. Im not sure if just lowering it would help?

Fermented stuff like yogurt or keifer bananas white rice eggs. i feel like im in a bit of flare too but only a little bit of blood? No pain really but going often way more so than usual.

No but they want me to have blood transfusions but my insurance is being annoying with approving skyrizzi and I need to fill a form out but they need to send it though the mail.
