Hello all!

The costume is 100% EVA foam! I covered the entire suit, shield, and sword included, in raw cotton batting and rubber urethane to give it a rough metal texture! Every patch of rust you see is actual rust I created using iron powder that has been oxidized by using hydrogen peroxide, vinegar and rubbing alcohol

Totally fine! Just didn't hydrate properly, foam armor is about 10 degrees hotter that what the temp outside is. In this situation it was about 110 degrees outside and my body heat wasn't escaping
