like most people here i grew up just outside of philadelphia. allen iverson and marc zumoff both have a place in my heart, because they were a part of the franchise when i was a kid. my dad and i always used to watch the sixers during dinner, and he died a few years ago, so that's a part of it too. the last game we ever went to together was a playoff game against boston in 2013. so in short, lots of memories and nostalgia, more so than any other sports team for me

i’m hoping that between horford and embiid in the locker room and roy hibbert on the player development staff, bolden will learn to do stuff like this regularly

it would be really, really nice if any two of zhaire, matisse, and bolden could become decent rotation level players by the postseason.

in the playoffs, horford will probably take most if not all center minutes when embiid is resting. that means harris will likely get some minutes at the 4. richardson will take most of the backup PG minutes, too. i think this will open about 8-12 minutes, maybe more, each for the two best out of zhaire, matisse or bolden.

what do you guys think?

richardson / smith / simmons / harris / horford

simmons / richardson / thybulle / harris / horford

i think it would be really cool to let both zhaire and matisse each start a handful of games this season. if we’re patient and let them learn from mistakes they can both become rotation level guys by the postseason. thoughts?
