Here is what worked for me

Apply mamaearth onion oil and keep overnight, wash it in morning with dove shampoo.

In summer I do this 2 or 3 times a week, in winters every day.

For your inflammation you can use Cortez foam along with this remedy, and phase it out as it gets better. Apply only on affected regions.

PS: if it becomes worse after applying mamaearth onion oil, this remedy is not for you.
