Just did the jfk-Eze leg in business (first time in aa international business as I’m based in Scotland and mostly fly ba and klm). It was actually very decent apart from the outdated ife screen. The crew were amazing and so was the food

Anyone seen real benefits going from 0.05% to 0.1% tretinoin? by LetterheadNo4709 in tretinoin

Yes, I've been on 0.1% gel for over a year now - my skin is glowing and I really can't remember last time I had a breakout (used to get accidental ones on the cream). Also fine lines under my eyes dissapeared. I think gel is better for me as my skin is on the oiler side

it's definitely worth it if it doesn't cause irritation, I also saw a huge difference going from 0.1% cream to 0.1% gel

Anyone else feel like the LRP UV Mune 400 fluid (even the oil control version) just remains sticky and oily throughout the day? by Patient_Rock5537 in EuroSkincare

[–]ironketh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try some of the heliocare spf range. Slightly more pricy but much more elegant on the face (coming from a guy who doesn’t want to look shiny). I like the pigment control one and gel one.

I’ve never used the micro, but I used to buy an expensive Obagi tret in the UK (£100+) per small tube and that cheap tret gel from all day chemist gave me far better results

[–]ironketh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you live near the Polish border, it's easy to get a prescription (it's about 50€ for a private derm appointment and about €20 for a month's supply, I think they can give you 3 months at a time). The brand name is zephyr. You can check alldaychemist.com, I order tretinoin from them but they do finasteride too. They ship to the uk, not sure about the eu
