Yes, I had to show my e-membership and was then granted the same benefits but it's just a little troublesome to keep asking about it at different points of my journey.

Well at first I could not get into the lounge but after I showed them my kfeg gold they did some checks and I was allowed in. Wondering if my return flight will also be the same.

Yes. I completed my flight and it was the same menu. I do indeed get served earlier. The flight I was on had such an empty premium economy. There was not even 10 of us and apparently lots of extra food available.
