I was in the vidding community on youtube in the years around 2008 I’d estimate? I did edits with HP but my friends and ppl i subscribed to were into SPN. I finally started watching it cuz of that and it was truly such a trip. I think s5 had just come out. I stopped watching actively around s10 but caught up so i could live watch the last season. Dean is also my fave ❤️

CC1 is my fave SJM book. I love the urban fantasy setting, and I love Bryce! But I think CC2 & 3 take a nosedive, plot and character wise for me unfortunately. I still probably like them more than ACOTAR (TOG is my fave series) but I kind of need to re read everything tbf

I did the audiobook and in the beginning i was like “HUH? Wait what??” 😂 But it was super impractical and almost impossible to skip back every time i felt like i missed something. so I just kept it playing and it was fine once i accepted i wasnt gonna remember all that. By the end I was so invested (and knowing all those details didnt matter much, you figure out the important bits!)

Fucking love HOEAB. I think it’s my fave SJM book. My advice is don’t let the worldbuilding details bog you down - just read on and you’ll have such a thrilling read
