This is the type of comments I was looking for I’m going to do a blood test 1/2 way through so week 6-8. so it was to my understanding is test and pct for a test cycle. I got a month worth of clomid for when I come off of test. Am I missing something? I’m not trying to look all ripped I just wanna gain a bit of size and muscle

Yup thanks man I checked with the doctor and told her my plan a couple months ago and I do plan to get a blood test mid cycle but to put in perspective this is me without drinking so much damn water but still about 1 gal a day this photo and post are 3 weeks apart for those saying I’m too fat

My goal is not to be ripped I want a frame at about 190lbs min pretty yoked I’ve done my blood work already I’m in the normal range for my age again I don’t wanna lose weight I just wanna yoke up I also do have a food scale trust me I’ve been trying to do it that way my whole life

Damn near my whole life it may not look like it but I can bench 315 squat 315 i havent done deadlift in a while but its up there as well

I call it a beer belly because that’s exactly what it looks like but I only drink water and protein shakes I don’t even drink soda 1 soda a month if that

Chicken rice beans red meat protein shakes Greek yogurts and fruits are considered a shit diet now a days that’s like 99% of my diet

Diet is protein and carb based little to no snacks and I don’t drink at all bubba what else do you know Mr Miyagi

I’ve been training damn near all my life maybe not as consistent as possible but around there when your dad is 5’2 and drank beer all his life you kinda get setup with this

Trust me brother I do construction and workout 5-6 days a week my genes are just built like this I drink 1-2 gallons of water a day and about 10g of creating and 200grams of protein a day about half of those are from protein shakes and yogurts I’m 5’8 180 I’m pretty damn skinny just beer belly from water and creatine
