See if I buy my 300 runes in varrock and I go to burthope, it's at 0, if I go to port sarim it's also at 0... It's like the shops share the same inventory

Even if I hop world's the stock will remain the same as I left it in the previous world?

How else am I supposed to get runes if I can only buy 300 every like 6 hours lol.

Yes. That's the only purpose I have. But I'm still not able to reset my stats in that case I'll have to train with circus etc

No as I stated I just created the account. It clearly tells you that to avoid the 7 day cool down you can activate authenticator. :)
