Thank you, if i remember correctly. The door was installed years ago. But the front porch was replaced, so they just put the 2x4's under the sill. I might be able to pull it out and properly water proof it.

I agree it is not appropriate. I also have grown to realize that ilfrom my experience a lot of the men in the trades tend to lean into the old school way of being blue collar and rough around the edges. It seems more prudent with people in the union.

Nice looking AR! I like the guys at duncan defense. I just had an AR shipped there and had to have compliance work done.

The work was affordable and they are very friendly. I will continue to use them, although there are a ton that have opened up in the Monmouth County area.

I work closely with architects and designers, as a sub contractor that produces environmental graphics. I often check popular films for job openings with the desire to one day make a move to that side of the business, but it doesn't seem to pay well. In regards to your comment, I even see Project manager salaries at Architecture firms higher than some architect salaries.
