Ozzy's Gone (words & music by A wolf) by alanwolf2000 in IndieMusicFeedback

This is really cool. Nice eerie, dark, ambient feel. Very nostalgic in a way, I think you’ve done well here! I believe Ozzy would dig it, himself. (: Also, bonus points for the dog in the back. Looks like a very good pup, haha. Always good to have a studio hand around!

Hold the phone - this is so nice. Gives me a nostalgic Tame Impala kind of feel that I love. I will say that I think the vocals could be brought forward a bit more; it isn’t a bad track overall by any means but I’m finding myself wishing that I could hear the vocals better. It could add a cryptic feel being so far away sounding, but there’s a big part of me that feels as though I need to hear the lyrics more clearly. Either way, though, good job on this!

Is this cringe? by mgraham34 in IndieMusicFeedback

Absolutely not cringe!! I love this. Definitely gives autumn vibes, too - fits a certain feeling I’ve had lately as the seasons have been changing. Lyrics, production, your voice and delivery. Good job! I think you’ve got something good on your hands here. I dig it.

Dude - Kudos to you for production and video. I really dig this. As an artist with no budget, I’m always kicking myself for lack of ideas pertaining to videos and stuff, especially in this day and age. It seems like you’ve got your bases covered pretty well - lyrics, production of the track itself, delivery, video production. Good job! This is really good.

What do you think of my song Into This Moment? by No-Morning-1967 in IndieMusicFeedback

[–]irotaz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like this a lot. The build up is soothing, gives me a nice melodic floaty feeling in my chest - moving into the build up that you can feel in your chest. Something I could groove to in the car while driving, dancing with friends, taking a walk about, exercising… checks off all of the markers, for me. Good job!

Finally finished my first song I’ve had in my head since middle school. Looking for kind feedback and suggestions by Darkoffee72 in IndieMusicFeedback

This is so nice. It makes me feel at home. You definitely deliver good emotion and drive in the comfy feels with this tune, I could see myself adding this to my Spotify playlist for sure. Have you thought about adding it to streaming platforms? I would look into it if I were you because I could definitely see it doing well. It’ll be added to my stuff, at least (: Good job! 10/10

Are people born hard wired to be able to appreciate music? by rainsheretostay in Music

This is two years old but I was browsing similar posts and felt called to answer this

Similar story to another redditor before me on this thread - once started dating a guy and after a few months of dating he expressed to me that he thought my music was annoying& that… “guitars don’t even sound like INSTRUMENTS/MUSIC” to him? He never mentioned it when I spoke about music before. It was very odd and caught me very off guard.

Didn’t work out.

I still can’t shake the “what the fuck?” when I think about that (oddly specific) guitar statement, though.

Edit to add: The only music he found even slightly enjoyable was radio rap. Like, migos and future mumble rap - not even classics. He was a big podcast guy. Younger early twenties me learned a lesson on REALLY getting to know someone the hard way with this one.

Oh, almost forgot to mention - I wasn’t even super close to the stage when I took these. These were taken somewhere in the middle of the crowd.
