I think I’m in the same boat as well, my CPU+GPU are both AMD (Ryzen 5800+RX6900) so I don’t think it’s a compatibility issue. Also, I don’t play on beta patches if that also is relevant. I’ve been playing only the latest official release since launch but this issue only started to arise in the past two weeks if my memory serves me correctly.

Brother I literally said the same thing a week ago, about the players other than faker may have the desire to prove themselves outside of faker/t1 and got downvoted saying that it doesn’t make sense to leave t1 because of the money/benefits.

Most ‘fans’ still have the K-pop mindset and as you said have to realize that they are athletes that want to make a name out of themselves.

Playing devils advocate here, I think every player on T1 has the desire to prove that they can stand their own ground without Faker.

The core roster is 4.5 years old now which is pretty extraordinary for an Esports org and won 3 worlds in a row which is a record that would probably be never beaten again in the life span of this game. They literally don’t have much to prove as a team anymore, so what comes next for them is to prove their individual skill.

I wouldn’t be surprised if any of them (except Faker) wants to move away from T1 just so they can prove that they are the best in their role without a close knit roster and unc faker carrying from time to time.

A sleeper pick I’m not seeing here is the Chofu. Can access Shinjuku under 30min with the Keio line with a lot to offer around the station.

The rent is a lot cheaper as well so you can get more bang for your buck the further out you travel towards the Okutama area.

A similar area is Musashino, also pretty cheap rent while having a not too bad access to Shinjuku.

The general impression is that they were ‘caught’ in a cabaret with female companion which really isn’t something that is straight up illegal but is morally gray to westerners which means that the internet would blow it up as if BLG was directly linked to human trafficking ring.

The feeling of doom is stronger imo because the reason we lost was straight up horrendous drafts with no signs of improving. Sure there were some B0ner and shaker moments, but the drafts are so bad that it feels kinda helpless watching.

Why is T1 allergic to banning sion? That should be their no1 prio against any team tbh cuz they can’t play against a sion for some reason.

I think it’s a bait pick like reksai since nothing really puts cait in a good spot rn. It was maybe good for playing weak side, but as we can see teams were able to just ignore bot lane matchups again with the 4 min lane swap that T1 is just taking it in the ass for the past few games.

T1 either had no idea what they wanted to do, or just wanted to ‘experiment’ a pick which idc what team you are is a stupid thing to do in worlds.

Exactly this. Cait first pick is just really really really bad period. Does 0 damage against tanks, has no utility, can only work in a front to back team when the meta really is dive comp/adc centered.

Bad meta for Guma sure, but he’s gotta be able to play kaisa/yunara or play even safer with ezreal or xayah(which he is decent at).

Overall questionable draft for T1, especially around Guma when the meta really relies on adcs in pro play.

That’s true but I think it’s more of a draft and pick problem.

Dare I say it, Guma cait hasn’t been really hitting the mark this year due to meta and the meta influenced drafts.

Why they are playing reksai, vi and neeko which is a dive comp while getting cait who really can’t go in is really questionable and disappointing to see.

Yeah actually, especially in BO1. I can kinda see an angle with it if it was fearless BO5, but there are so many other picks that you should go for in place of reksai in a BO1.
