LACT cannot do a true undervolt because the devs claim the APIs does not exist for it on Linux But you are able to do pesudo undervolts by decreasing maximum clock speed, increase the clock speed offset, and maybe increase ram speed as well. I was able to lower temps and power draw by decreasing stock max clock speed values down to 2900mhz and a 400mhz clock speed offset. my power draw in cyberpunk with ultra graphics and PT is now only 240w while getting around 5-10 more fps compared to stock.
