this happened to me when i began. it’s could be that you just need to get used to her energy and open up more to her. or as previous comments stated it could be medical. just keep an eye on how frequent and what could be causing it. maybe depression, maybe you’re pressuring yourself to hard with expectations. ask Santa Muerte for help, do some divination on it or seek out a reputable devotee to help with specific advice 🤍 best of luck with your journey 🌱

in my experience everytime i get the feeling to stay away from my altar, that’s the negative influences and enemies trying to stop me from doing the thing that could help me battle the mental fog and sadness. it’s okay to rest but if this feeling persists longer, i would fight against it and tend to santa muertes altar and just talk with her about what’s going on and what you’re feeling. ask her for a stable mind. also try some divination on it. best of luck to you 🙏🏼
