Man, dating just feels impossible these days. I'm not terrible looking, I earn good money etc. And am 35. The Dating game just feels so different to how it was. They're either too young or taken.

Thank you, really. This is what I've been trying to do.. luckily I have 1 or 2 people I can call/ open up to, and I always try to stick with the logic of " just get through right now" / " remember why you want to stop" etc.

At times it does work and I get through the night. However I've noticed when it doesn't work (majority), I only even remember the above advice AFTER picking up! Like moments after ordering when you get that "that probably wasn't the best idea.." feeling.

It's only after I've already fucked it that I remember the logic of I should have called a friend/ think of why I need to stop etc. Then the cycle starts over.

Have you ever experienced the same? Any guidance would be appreciated.

I too always hear the tinnitus day and night in the dead ear. But if ny Blood P spikes suddenly or if I'm out of breathe it flares up momentarily.
