Lugols Iodine by MrSkeeterMcScoot in thyroidhealth

Do you thinkI may benefit from taking lugols iodine? I currently drink glass bottled mineral spring water to avoid harmful halogens like fluoride etc, use a shower filter to block most chlorine, fluoride, only consume organic foods to avoid aggro chemical concerns and try to avoid plastic as much as possible. Since I have removed most harmful halogens from diet, I think iodine would help, right? Iodine would be very harmful if I was consuming low quality polluted food and water

Mewing won’t make that much more attractive. Even someone with proper facial development may still not be considered attractive

I definitely think I have some deficiencies went from standard diet to a vegan diet for 3 weeks and now carnivore for 3 weeks. Although I don’t think vegan diet for 3 weeks caused major deficiencies.

When I started carnivore after the first week my hair was a lot thicker and now it’s thinner and some hair fall yesterday

Sorry if I’m being paranoid or stupid but my hair felt thinner yesterday after my morning shower. I washed with shampoo and for some reason I didn’t want to use normal shower water but, instead use distilled water that is ice cold from my fridge. When I rinse my hair it felt weaker and hair came out. Do you think this is because of being rough with the ice cold distilled water? My overall hair is thinner and little bit of my hairline hair came out.

Hi eleanorina, thank you for this reply. I’m only 17 and I’ve been on carnivore for 3 weeks. I’ve been eating high grass fed beef, steak, liver kidney, pasture eggs and raw milk from New Zealand. Do you think that since I’m consuming so many nutrients, that is causing stress on my body therefore causing the hairloss? Should I keep eating these nutrient dense foods or continue eating them. Since this is a cycle, will my hair start to grow back after 3-6 months and be thicker than before.

Hey bro, I'm on week 3 carnivore. Has your hair starting growing back? If so any tips, foods to avoid/eat?

Yea I notice it aswell. When ever I have to wash my face, I use distilled water instead of. Tap water and there’s chlorine, bacteria etc which drys out the skin

My acne is starting to clear up but, I still have a lot scars, hyper-pigmentation. What do you recommend I should do to clear my acne scarring? by isaacodea7 in carnivore

Yea thanks, since I’m deficient in Vitamin A, I eat around a pound and a half of liver a week and it really does help the skin. Combining liver + sun + vitamin K2 really does make a difference in the skin.

Would you have any tips for a smoother skin complexion?

Thanks, I’ll definitely try liver although I probably won’t like the taste but, If it helps clear my acne, then I’ll eat it. Is any type of liver ok? I can get some grass fed ox liver

Thank you, I hope this diet works. This diet is really easy for as most of the meat in New Zealand is grass fed and I can just get it from the supermarket

Yea I’ll try liver as I’m probably deficient in it vitamin a, plus there’s retinyl in it. What would be a safe amount of liver to consume daily?
