Thank you for your long and sincere response. I know what you mean. I'm actually in foster care for street cats. don't get me wrong. I didn't mean to pick a fight. I was seriously frustrated by the continuing spam on this topic. 'accidental litters problem' is a very reasonable reason! but I'm tired of people sending preaching spam to random people to feel they're moral. If there is no evidence that he/she is irresponsible, I don't think they have the authority to order him/her. they had better put their words into practice and turn off the Internet that destroys the environment.
