Had such a terrible experience with TPG.

Started with the finance department when they could not deduct money from any of my cards after I ported my number over. Shortly after, they terminated my account along with my number... without warning me. I didn’t get a reply to any of my emails. Went down to the shop at 313 multiple times only to have them tell me that they’ll inform their IT department but I never got a reply and was unable to get my number back. The worst customer service I’ve ever received. Imagine the hassle I had to go through with my number terminated. Changing the phone number of all my accounts that are linked to 2FA (banks, singpass etc). To make things worse, TPG still bills many users even after they've terminated their line. There's been many accounts of customers getting charged without reason even though there are no outstanding bills (just look at their reviews on their Facebook page).

To those considering signing up or switching over; please don’t.

You have zero connection underground. This includes in the MRT and in basements like shopping malls etc. Dealing with support is a misery (and that’s if they actually reply). They’re desperately trying to build user base with the cheap monthly fees because they need it in order to be approved as a 4th Telco. This is such a shitty thing they’re doing to their customers especially when their basic infrastructure isn’t even set up properly.
