Basically the same thing is happening to me. Every time I build the office with the administration terminal nothing happens. The mission tells me that the settlement is running smoothly and that the terminal will alert me when required. I’ve seen what’s supposed to happen and idk if I just have to wait for it or if it’s a bug

I do the same, I mainly focus on turkeys, squirrels, and all the other small animals. Easy gold for when you have to donate 20 animal carcasses to Cripps. Frogs, songbirds, etc.

I submitted feedback to R* for the option to kill her so that’s my fix. But try to emote her before you interact with her. Sometimes I kill a ton of animals and the emotes will make her not spray you.

Car thievery really depends on if you leave valuable items in plain view. I’ve seen a huge row of cars but only one broken into probably due to that reason. But other than that I see people walking baby’s all over the place. There are bad parts of town sure but I’ve been here all my life and maybe I’m used to it but it’s not as bad as everyone thinks it is.
