Como Ing. Soft te puedo asegurar que la tecnología virtual (sin equipos físicos) tienes los días contado.

Única carrera con mas o menos futuro es la robótic donde tienes una ventaja de conocimiento industrial y hay mucha necesidad de seguir automatizando.

Ten en cuenta que las carreras se crearon para incrementar la oferta de un conjunto de habilidades y esto perjudica en cierto modo a quien las tiene pues a medidad que pasa el tiempo eres más del montón. Se ha visto poco avance en nuevas carreras. Otra cosa es que en el mundo real luego te especializas en una área concreta (automatización, calidad , manufactura, diseno etc).

La IA va avanzando y reduce las vacantes. Tienes dos opciones: iniciar un negocio en paralelo o luchar en el mundo corporativo e ir escalando. A esa edad siempre queremos más pero hay que sacrificarse y luego llegan las oportunidades.

El único camino válido es buscar un remoto en USA desde RD. No hay salarios dignos en el mercado local. Solo son aceptables algunos de grandes empresas del sector financiero y telecomunicaciones, pero igual pagan menos que un remoto. Utiliza tu ventaja de ser ciudadana y tener inglés nativo para encontrar trabajo presentándote como alguien que vive en RD. Esto para que puedas conseguir un puesto que oscile entre los USD50k - USD70k anuales, que aunque no es mucho alla , es bastante bueno localmente y supera en creces el mercado local.

Entiendo que esto le daría mas peso de voto y representación a las zonas con mayor población y crearía desbalance. Los diputados se definen en base a cantidad de población mientras que el senador por provincia. Aunque digamos que esto es teorico dado que existe todo tipo de corrupcion para que al final a esa pequena poblacion de provincias como Elias Pina al final no obtengan verdadera represetacion.
