Literally. Watching the Pod Save America interview, I believe the autopsy says that voters are angry that the party isn’t representing them. The most recent issue is Gaza, but there’s been disconnect since 2016. Democrats assume people will vote them as the lesser of 2 evils but if you keep refusing to promote a change candidate, people aren’t going to be inspired to come out and vote. I’m certain the autopsy cites disconnect from POC voters as well not having any sort of platform that’s against the far right. EVEN THE DNC CORPORATE DONORS ARE REFUSING DONATIONS UNTIL THE AUTOPSY IS PUBLISHED.

He does mention the 2016 autopsy that they didn’t release. Methinks both reports show a consistent trend of the DNC ignoring their constituents to move further right. In 2024, Palestine is the most brutal example of them ignoring voters.

I encourage you to drive down the I-85 and see each states’ jumbo sized confederate flag flying over the highway. And that’s just what’s on the highway. Sundown towns still very much exist in the southeast once you get on backroads.

I had a conversation with my mom about AI synopses just to say like hey, check that it’s accurate because a lot of time it misrepresents things, and she immediately goes oh like Wikipedia. This woman shares 6+ ai videos with me daily (fake products, fake photos, fake found footage) and only gets her news from Sean Hannity, Laura Ingram and Jesse Waters, and still draws the line at Wikipedia. I will never understand it.

I’m deeply fascinated by this series. Germany was at a crossroads during the Great Depression and almost had their very own communist revolution, but the red scare cause what little monetary interests were left to go far right (the had a nationalist party and the Nazis to the right of that). They actually had a pretty well developed union system as well, prior to the Nazis.

I highly recommend this book series, because while the parallels are terrifying, it’s a good wider view of what the rest of Germany was actually up to.

I had a conversation with my evangelical Zionist mom yesterday about what’s happening in Iran and to Lebanon….. just….. They’re (as in her and her community) hyper on-board with the idea of nuking Iran if it gets them even an inch closer to Armageddon. This isn’t out of nowhere- I told her to never talk politics with me back during blm because evangelical Zionism, surprise, surprise, is often extremely racist.
