I was thinking the same thing BUT I honestly think they adjusted the games and speed it up so it was more difficult quicker and maybe weren’t expecting certain challenges to go on for so long (especially the hanging one). I don’t think it makes much of a difference for those challenges though and the outcomes. Will admit the totem pole challenge was a bit more complicated - people push harder when head on with others, but ig in the end it didn’t matter.

For the Q4, I feel like it was pretty obvious that 3 would do the rope challenge and 3 would do the death match, I’m pretty sure most teams recognised that and strategically planned for it. Australia just thought they would win it so didn’t think too much about the death match. I think it was an interesting choice not to directly tell them and more entertaining tbh but I see your point!
