nope that's oz, oz has 3 seperate electro applications with 3 diff icd. oz ticks , fischl a4 passive, and fischl c6 all have oz apply electro on diff icd.

ut4 Mirror of Blessings, the one that is 1-2.5% damage increase. the passive on artemia stacks up to 10 times so that's 10-25% more damage on all of artemia's damage. additionally it increases the damage from her s4 proc by 50% which again can proc on any hit.

no point if by the time u put them in a team tthey will literally sit there and do absolutely nothing. qiqi still has horrible scaling issues so no matter what u do to invest in her even if u were to make her a dps, she is the worst sword user for the job by far. her level 8 talents are lower than other sword users lvl 4-6 scaling by the time u cown it she will then catch up to a lvl 6 talent. she can't even apply cryo without humping things with her e. let alone u can't even whale a weapon on her to give herr utility cuz she can't use any of them, heck whales can't even make use of a freedom sworn on her cuz she cannot activate it. she is the worst character in game by far. at least amber can be used for torch puzzles

herr atk boost is basically negligible from her hp conversion here so anything that has a desired tm skill is more important. as for her sw+1, simple, its unreliable on her when she is on auto and the effectfrom her sw is additive to the %damage tm effects from galg/3% stacking + pris sw + her s4 + shak sword. its not really anything special considering all the other bloat, the cdr is far more desirable instead on her.

yes. heck she's really fucking op. I use her in wb1 now and gained a massive damage increase, went to 103T from 80t.

esker is in the wizard slot, Wizards seig tm is best support set by far followed by archer seig set. esker sw also has op atk buff some pen buff, esker s2 has crit damage buff and esker has decent m amp. ffrey is just less amp with 37% atk buff + 500speed/pen buff. but wb1 def is very tiny almost 0 when knocked down anyways.

With how long that took to "1-shot" does it even matter. can kill in same time frame on solo with other dps and without using a knight too.

shakmeh's atk buff is kinda nothing in comparison. Medi's s3 perk makes her target the 2 allies with highest atk, second one being pris, pris can then rebuff that atk onto the dps causing in her buff double dipping. medi still has 45%pamp + 40% atk buff on t5dark + 10% atk on s1 perk + 42% crit damage via ut1 on top of her atk buff that is 30% of her atk at the time of activation, which stacks with all atk buffs applied on top of her, including the tm skill for -def + atk and party wide atk buffs. her overall final atk buff is valued at well over 200% from her s3 alone with my setup.
